Maalify is an AI-powered financial management platform that provides:
- Automated bookkeeping and transaction categorization
- FTA-compliant VAT return generation
- WPS payroll processing and SIF file generation
- Invoice creation with e-invoicing compliance
- AI-powered financial insights and forecasting
3. Account Eligibility
To use Maalify, you must:
- Be a legally registered business in the United Arab Emirates
- Be authorized to act on behalf of the company
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
4. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Ensuring the accuracy of financial data you input
- Reviewing VAT returns before submission to FTA
- Verifying employee data accuracy for payroll processing
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
5. Subscription and Payment
- Pricing is available on our pricing page
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- No refunds are provided for partial periods
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
6. AI Usage
Our platform uses AI to provide services. Please note:
- AI categorizations are 95%+ accurate but not perfect
- You should review all outputs before using for official purposes
- Financial forecasts are estimates, not guarantees
- AI advice does not replace professional consultation
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Maalify platform, including software, design, and trademarks, are owned by us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service in accordance with these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We provide the Service "as is" without warranties
- We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months
- We are not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate data you provide
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, you will be able to export your data for 30 days.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email 30 days before they take effect.
